Everyday Spirituality

Have you been thinking about how to practice everyday spirituality? Often referred to as the spiritual journey, spirituality requires attention and commitment on your part to “walk the talk.” Once you can practice this, spirituality shall play an important role in healing you from within, because it is the practice of connecting with your true nature and live truthfully!

In this fast moving world, everyday spirituality comes as a relief. You can practice spirituality at home, in the park, or even at your workplace, or just anywhere. Spirituality will help you connect to your true nature.

One of the important aspects of practicing spirituality every day is that it will help you become more aware and able to focus on positive energy within and around you. You will be able to help this energy to heal you both emotionally and physically. With the help of this presence, you will be able to find peace and be content. Above all, practicing spirituality will help you lead a healthy life!

How to Practice Everyday Spirituality

Where do you really start? There are many ways you can practice spirituality. You can approach a spiritual leader, a motivator or a healer to assist you in this process. In my personal experience I have always been inspired by excellent healers and meditation teachers, more than leaders. The easiest way for me to find out my own path and put it into practice is to establish a one to one relationship with them. This is also a way to keep yourself on track. However, meditation is the first step.

Here are some of the most effective ways to practice everyday spirituality and live life in a more truthful manner.

  • Understand and accept spirituality. Understanding what spirituality really is and then accepting it is important. Spirituality is a medium that you can set up by taking up various options like meditation, praying, chanting mantra, practicing breathing exercises, self inquiry and good actions in life. If you participate in rituals, focus your attention on feelings and understandings, not in the ritual itself that is the medium. Keep in mind that every practice is just a medium. It is all in the mind and it is the mind which needs to focus. You can walk the spiritual way through meditation alone. Becoming spiritual means make your body, mind, and spirit become one whole presence. Most of all it means to recognize and take the advantage view that everything in life is awareness and an opportunity to enlighten the mind.

  • Meditation. This is considered as the most appropriate way to becoming a more spiritual person. Meditation will help you to reach the ideal state of calmness where you will be able to receive all of life’s experiences. It is a mental discipline that will help you to become self aware beyond thoughts, sense of identity, time and even beyond personal consciousness. You can begin to meditate in two ways – take professional help from organizations or from an expert or do it yourself. In the second method, you can start by learning to focus your mind on specific objects, and as you gain more control over your mind, you can start by focusing on inner self. This is what spirituality is all about, which can be practiced anywhere! At the beginning choose a quiet environment to practice meditation; any type of distraction can disturb the process!

  • Giving. One of the most beautiful ways of practicing the art of being spiritual is through sharing and giving. Giving can be in any form. You can give your time to the elderly people. You can give your hand to a noble and worthy cause. Giving is related to the art of being content and when you are content, you will be calm. Calmness is one of the wheels that move the chariot of spirituality.

There are several other aspects that help you incorporate and practice everyday spirituality, include breathing exercises, practicing martial arts like Tai Chi, and singing hymns, or listening to good music, among others. Practice spirituality everyday to transform your everyday life into the purest gold.

What clients say

I went to Massimo for a healing session in which I experienced calmness and opening of my heart.
All the sadness I had as a child and images from my childhood went by and were gone. An hour treatment went by like ten minutes. In other times I experienced very deep meditations, quietness, yet very alert and awake. Thanks Massimo for helping me get in touch with the healing force within me.

- Liat, Netanya, Israel

Dear Massimo, thanks so much for your healing sessions. So many things changed and improved since the beginning of your treatments. You are very gifted and all you are doing arises from the depth of your heart and the depth of the knowledge you channel. I highly recommend you as a healer.

Good luck: with this single word I can express what I feel to have met Massimo.
I have been knowing him for 10 years and working with him I have done a path to awareness.
He is a good teacher, sincere, honest, which guides you to the truth and peace that our heart desires and can achieve.

For me, healing means integrity and the consistency of living my daily life, relationships and job in the way of my true "I".
Massimo has the rare ability to lead people, and therefore me, to
transform obstacles that stand between you and what you want to realize in available energy. He does so with great respect, patience and lack of judgment.
Massimo, thanks for all that I get from you.

When Massimo gave me healing sessions online, I experienced him as a sensitive and dedicated man who has the gift to sense into deeper layers of the soul and affect them in a gentle and non intruding way. His careful way of approaching the pain in my eyes and the feedback he gave me from his sensitive perceptions helped me to gain trust and confidence in my healing process.
