Spiritual Healing Secrets

In the world of spirituality, we constantly wonder what the spiritual healing secrets are that awaken our spiritual awareness and enable healing from within. Spirituality enables spiritual growth, which is simply a process through which you can awaken your consciousness. It aids in spiritual growth through realization of self-identity. This awareness of self brings you face to face with the power of spiritual healing.

But are there any hidden forces of spiritual healing ? Are there any secrets of spirituality that aid in your spiritual growth ? The answer to this lies in understanding and embracing the spiritual healing energies and their nature.

There is a spiritual level vibrational radiance all around us and within us. It is a common belief that energy is radiated from matter with physical form, but this is not completely correct (the most valuable secret stands in this affirmation. I will write about this in an e-book). This energy or vibration is in truth a thought in the mind, the collective mind. It is a type of primordial energy that is responsible for the existence of all beings as it makes possible for infinite number of thoughts to become concrete into the world and so into the realm of our perception. Some of these energies have higher vibrational frequencies while others exist in subtle form. These energies form the vehicle of spiritual healing secrets.

This subtle energy can be sensed by you in different ways and can be harnessed toward spiritual healing and wellness. Normally, in your day-to-day life, you will be able to feel heat or cold, as these are energies you are conscious of. Similarly, in order to feel the subtle energies, you need to be conscious of their existence.

Spiritual Healing Energy and Existence

There are different types of subtle energy that exists around us and some exist within us as well. The existence of these subtle energies is considered a secret because we cannot see them and are rarely able to feel their presence. It is only through spirituality that we can realize their existence and importance. When we walk the spiritual path, we understand that the spiritual healing secrets and the hidden forces relate to this subtle energy around us and ultimately to the true nature of the mind.

The three most important types of spiritual healing energies include:

Cosmic energy: This energy exists everywhere in the cosmos. It exists in humans, galaxies, planets, stars, and even matter not visible to the naked eye. Cosmic energy is also known as the "life force". This subtle energy is essential for maintaining the order of life and helps in expanding our consciousness. We receive a small amount of this energy mostly when we are in deep sleep but we can receive it in larger amount when we meditate. In fact, cosmic energy is attributed to being the hidden power of spiritual healing.

Chakra energy: The chakra energy is also attributed to being one of the spiritual healing secrets. It is considered a guiding life force and represents the constantly spinning energy centers that exist in your subtle form. There are primarily seven chakras located along your spine and each chakra has specific qualities. These qualities vary according to the chakras and enable refinement of energy. The chakra energy is also attributed to being the power of spiritual healing.

Aura energy: The aura is considered to be a strong energy field that is the matrix of our physical body and goes beyond. This energy field is electromagnetic in nature and comprises of different types of energy frequencies or vibrations. Aura exists not only around humans but around every living as well as inanimate object. Feeling and channelizing the aura energy field through meditation can lead to spiritual healing and wellness.
